My loan officer told me that she had previously worked with Kim in the area that I was looking to buy in and she was one of the best realtors around. She then connected us. I spoke with Kim about what I was looking for and she was very positive and responsive. She sent me listings to look at and I sent her some as well. Even when I texted her at random, late hours (11:00 PM), she was always quick to respond. I would send her a text and expect her to reply in the morning, but 5 minutes later she would reply and tell me that she had looked into what I sent and had an answer. When I found a house that I was interested in, she helped me negotiate the price and saved me about $10,000. I will definitely be using Kim again in the future.
