Though I was not fully ready to purchase when I first reached out, she put me in touch with a Mortgage Lender to help me get a better understanding of the mortgage process and kept me positive during the entire process. Kim kept me informed and reached out from time to time to check in on me until I was finally ready. Kim cares about her clients and it shows. I cant say enough about her caring and understanding ways. Shes just a wonderful person to have on your side during what could be a very stressful time. I'm so grateful she was recommended to me. My loan officer told me that she had previously worked with Kim in the area that I was looking to buy in and she was one of the best realtors around. She then connected us. I spoke with Kim about what I was looking for and she was very positive and responsive. She sent me listings to look at and I sent her some as well. Even when I texted her at random, late hours (11:00 PM), she was always quick to respond. I would send her a text and expect her to reply in the morning, but 5 minutes later she would reply and tell me that she had looked into what I sent and had an answer. When I found a house that I was interested in, she helped me negotiate the price and saved me about $10,000. I will definitely be using Kim again in the future.
