Kim picked up our property from a listing with a prior agent. Most things had previously been done except fro again listing and selling the house. Kim was fast and responsive to my requests and completed the selling and closing of the house. I feel she did a good job.

Kim had learned through the grapevine that we were thinking of selling our townhouse. She sought us out. We were still in the process of getting our place wrapped up, but she had everything in place ready to go. Once the listing hit Zillow our place sold the very first day. We will defiantly use Kim for all our future real estate dealings.

Kimberly King is AMAZING. Not only did she help us find and purchase a home she helped us sell a home! She went above and beyond to make sure that we found the perfect home and wouldn?t let us settle for anything less. She also made sure the home we sold was safe and ready for the new owners. Definitely would recommend her to help with selling/buying your a home.

Kim King is an amazing realtor! Whenever we wanted to look at a particular house, she would have researched it and brought information with her to the showing. She was always searching the listings to bring to us, and was almost always available to show a house on our schedule! Her integrity is beyond compare! If she wasnt sure of something she would check it out! That was important to us. I would recommend Kim without reservation! She is not only sweet and personable but very caring (and I might add beautiful. Her picture on her card/ad does not do her justice!)

My husband and I started our process of home ownership in December of 2014, well just wondering first off how much of a loan we would qualify for. We emailed multiple Realtors and Kimberly King was the only realtor who got in touch with me. I told her I called my bank to get prequailified for a mortgage and she told me just to let her know if and when we get approved. A few months passed with no answer from our bank and Kimberly called me just to check on how our prequalificaton went, I informed her I had not received a call back and asked her if she knew anybody, she did and shortly after we were preapproved for a mortgage. Kimberly showed us plenty of homes at the hours that were convenient for us. We are now in our beautiful home thanks to her and her team. We cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond for her customers.
