Turns out she once lived across the street from the home and knew the neighbors and neighborhood extremely well. She spent a great deal of time working with me on what to do to make the home into the most "sellable" condition and I followed her lead to the letter. We priced it at what I thought was a reasonable pice and within 3 days we had 46 showings and 17 offers. Kimberly really knows the right thing to do to get the job done and was always available for any questions and concerns I may have. BTW I live out of state and didn't ever once question Kimberly's ability to get me the best and fairest deal for the sale of the home. I might also add that Forrest, her closer, was on top of the entire process and everything closed without any issues. I would highly recommend this team if you're looking for the best of the best.

When we were looking for a house in the Burlington area, we were staying 3 hours away. She arranged many showings on two Saturdays for us and really took the time to tell us about the different areas while also building an understanding of what we were looking for. She was extremely prepared for each showing and kept us on schedule without rushing us at all (even a selling agent complimented her on this when we showed up to an appointment toward the end of the day right on time). She guided us through the process of making an offer and gave us great advice along the way, including recommending different companies for repairs and upgrades. Once we were under contract, she checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track and helped follow up with vendors that we were having trouble reaching. Because of COVID, we were not able to do a final walkthrough ourselves or attend closing, but Kimberly did a video walkthrough for us and even held on to our keys and delivered them when we were back in town. After closing, we had a few questions about the house that she answered right away, even though her job should have been finished. She seems to really care about her clients and wants to see everyone in the right home for them. Fortunately, through thick and thin we had Kimberley Hart to navigate us through this trying process. It took us a good long while to pick out the sort of house we wanted, and through each step of the way, Kim expertly guided us towards the right places for our budget and lifestyle. She would ask us the necessary questions to help our confused selves think through the houses we were looking at, and guided us through houses visits as to what was possible and what was not. Even in the first few weeks, we learned a lot from her as to what we needed to do and what to look for our home. We made several offers on some properties; while these did not go the way we wanted, Kim certainly helped us with the offerings, and helped keep us in good spirits when things were down. When we had a successful offer, Kim kept us going and brought in her connection to help us see through the deal. Her inspector brought to our attention numerous issues with the house we had chosen, though, and unfortunately we had to cancel the offer. Kim did not pressure us at all, and in fact patiently explained all our options going forward. Thanks to her patience, knowledge, and solid connections, we avoided a potentially overly expensive and troublesome house. That led us to the condominium we ended up going with. While we did not go into the housing market looking for a condo, Kim encouraged us to look into an affordably priced place simply as an additional option. While we were skeptical at first, we ultimately found the place charming and needing nothing more than a little touch up. Kim brought us to where we needed to be, even though we didn't expect where that was at first. She kept us level headed, and used her same connections to help get us a great price and get set up for a mortgage. We were both very happy with Kim's service, commitment, patience, and willingness to work with a pair of first time buyers. She never pressured us, never made us feel out of place, but helped us find the right home for us, and how to go about getting one. We highly recommend Kim for your real estate needs, and we will certainly be calling upon her again when we're ready from the the next horizon.
