Mrs. Kimberly Harding was absolutely wonderful to work with on sale of our house. Always available, very detailed, always engaged and very motivating. Kimberly assisted us with our sale price so our house would sale quickly (we agreed with the sale price). Our house first listing was on a Sunday and within 1 hour we had a request to visit and look at our house. And that was the individual who ended up purchasing our house. So, Kimberly is very knowledgeable on knowing the sale price to list a house to sale quickly. I have already recommended other individuals to contact her to sale their home. We truly appreciate Mrs. Kimberly Harding, she is awesome person!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly is a consummate professional. Coming from out of state I was completely dependent on her knowledge of the area and housing that met my criteria. She only showed me houses in my price range and was very attentive to my limited time frame to view properties. I cannot over state how pleased I am with her performance. I would strongly recommend Kimberly to anyone needing a Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler and Kimberly were outstanding in helping us find a home. They were endlessly patient and encouraging and offered great support throughout the process. We bailed twice on inspections, but Tyler stuck with us. And Kimberly was a great negotiator. It took almost 2 years, but we finally bought a house.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a realtor that gets it done, then Kimberly is your gal! We have recently sold two houses and bought our dream home all with Kimberly right by our side. We had contracts on our two houses immediately after listing them, and she used her knowledge of this crazy market to help us buy the home we love (and that 16 other families loved also). Yes, 16 offers and she is the reason that our offer was accepted! The whole process was flawless. Her assistant, Kaitlin, went above and beyond to be available and answer my gazillion questions! The lender she recommended, Dak from TDECU, was amazing as well and saved us a ton of money on closing costs just because we were one of her referrals. The experience and resources Kimberly brings to the table along with her creative ways of making things happen are by far what sets her apart. She is honest and straight-forward about home buying and selling, but shes kind and compassionate in her delivery. I am proud to say she is our realtor and thankful for the friendship that developed along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED AWESOME A+++ I honestly cant say enough about how wonderful our experience with Kimberly Harding was. After having a bad experience with another realtor, I found Kimberly from the many, many amazing reviews online. I called and told her that I needed my house under contract within a week (in latter Sept 2022, when the interest rates were constantly rising), and she busted her butt to make it happen. Both Kimberly and her team were thorough, professional, and incredibly kind and patient. They bent over backwards to sell my house, under the best terms for us, and in the end everyone was happy. I feel incredibly blessed and fortunate that we were able to work with her. Seriously, she was an absolute Godsend. In summary, do not waste time with anyone else. Call Kimberly and let her work her magic!

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly was very helpful during the sell of our home along with helping us purchase a new home. Due to her and her team's knowledge, we were able to sell our home within a week and she gave us fair warning this may occur. Due to the fast turnaround, we were not fully prepared to move to the next home but Kimberly provided us with information on homes and areas we should consider and set us up with the information needed to help us in determining which area would work best for our family. We are finally in our new home and we are loving it! Thank you Kimberly for being so patient with us during this process!
