It did not matter what time, she answered. There was a late call on one weekend and she still answered. I actually told her to not answer and get back to me later, but she didn't care what time it was......she answered! Great with the emails also. Kimberly was fantastic responding to our requests to view homes, submit offers, and answer some tough questions about the market and home ownership. She helped connect us with a loans professional who was quick to turn around our ability to take out a loan. Unfortunately, we could not take out a loan and, thus, were unable to find a home in our budget, but Kimberly was amazing at tapping the market within the several budget areas we'd initially assumed we'd qualify for.
