ZillowVERIFIEDKimberly is an amazing broker, she helped us find our home in Sisters, Oregon. Her market knowledge and experience allowed us to buy our house for what turned out to be a very good price. No issues, mistakes, hiccups... it all went very smoothly. She helped us find a mortgage broker, mover, house painter and landscaper. Without her, we never would have ended up in our dream home and we did. Thank you Kimberly!
ZillowVERIFIEDHelped me sell home from estate from a distance, assisting with maintenance issues by checking on reports of neighbors and providing references to help in very tight market for contractors. Also had to navigate a challenging VA loan process and found a back-up lender after the first stalled so underwriting and closing was expedited in an exceptional manner. Very creative, solutions-oriented, reliable and trustworthy.
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the moment we contacted Kimberly, we knew she was the one for us. She was professional, available and always willing to go above and beyond for us. She made buying a new home stress free, and a pleasure. Kimberly and her team were dedicated to making us happy from beginning to end. I would highly recommend contacting her if you are looking for anything real estate related in the central Oregon area.
