ZillowVERIFIEDKimberly did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our house. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was in helping us determine a competitive sale price. Kimberly was very involved in all aspects of the sale, from ensuring that our house was fully ready, staged, and listed, going through open houses, finding buyers, and helping us negotiate a price at which we were happy, and we also sold the house quickly. She was very friendly and responsive, and a great agent to work with. I strongly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDKimberly was excelent! I was impressed with her knowledge and experience. She was up to date with my citys requirements for sellers. We sold in under 2 months and over asking price! I will recommend Kimberly and her office to all my friends and family.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer, Kimberly has been extremely resourceful in educating us about the real estate market in East Bay, as well as investing extensive amount of time in helping us find our ultimate dream home!. Her dedication, knowledge, and passion for real estate really shows and it's been incredible working with someone who goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her clients at all times. With Kimberly, we instantly felt a sense of trust and she has proved that to us throughout the entire process, alleviating the stress and administrative burden that many first time home buyers might face. When we first got started in the home search process, we wanted someone that could make the "impossible" happen, and Kimberly has exceeded our expectations with her integrity, tenacity, and solution-oriented approach! Would 100% work with Kimberly again in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Kimberly by accident, but truly it was meant to be. When we first started talking, our lists of aEURoemustsaEUR? and aEURoemust-notsaEUR? was exhaustive. She was always patient with us. She heard every one of our concerns and desires. She made SO much time for us and was accommodating of our crazy work schedule, showing us ALL the houses we ever wanted to visit. Kimberly has all the resources a First Time buyer like myself could ever need. She knows all about every corner of the bay and has a solution for every problem. I recommend her to my friends and hope to buy or sell with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDThere is no one better than Kimberly! She is knowledgeable, friendly and knows exactly how to not just go after your dream house, but obtain it through her strong negotiation skills. Also very responsive and easy to work with! Would recommend to anyone!
