Review This review is a long time coming. Since we sold and relocated it's been a whirlwind but Kimberly deserves this review. My wife got a job offer in Washington State and we originally needed to be there towards the end of August. Things got bumped around and we needed to be there a month sooner. We had already planned to paint the interior and exterior as well as put in new carpet. Kimberly agreed they would help the sale of the house immensely and then she offered a few other suggestions which we followed her lead on.Because of the quick timeline we were on, we was not able to be in Pensacola for long after we had the house listed. Kimberly coached us through the value of the home and what we could get for it, but we had to sale ASAP and she knew just where to price us to hopefully land a quick sale. We might have gotten less than we could have but relocating was more important. Kimberly landed us a near perfect offer on our house in what basically less than 24 hours. 3 days later we were under contract.We had to leave 2 weeks in to things and there were items that came up that needed to be handled that I couldn't do as I was no longer there. Kimberly took care of everything. We put all of our trust and confidence in her and she took care of us insanely well.She helped us buy the home originally in 2013 and she helped my wife's parents find a fantastic home a few months before that. They will be using Kimberly when it comes time to sale, as will we if we ever decide to relocate back to the NW panhandle market.Kimberly is an asset to the Pensacola community and we can't recommend her enough. If she makes any sort of suggestion or recommendation, jump on it. Let her have control of things and sit back and relax as she works a magic not many on the Gulf Coast have.Thank you again Kimberly, you are the best.

They did a great job actually marketing my house instead of just listing it like other agents do. From listing my home to closing was only a 9-week period. Review Kimberly is not a good agent. She was hired to represent us as the Seller. She lacks customer service and communication skills. Anytime we needed to talk with her it was via text or email. She clearly hides behind her computer. We always had to ask her to call us about important things. When we did speak with her verbally (not often), she was always in a hurry and made it clear we were not her priority. She is not thorough. We had to ask what was the next step during the process so we would not be surprised and get a late night text or email (last minute). She has a hands-off approach which caused us added stress. We will never recommend her to anyone.

Review I found the house and brought her with me to look at it because it was a new construction. It took 7 months to build and I never heard anything from her during that time. I guess she figured she had her commission and that was all she needed. I couldn't even get the information about the closing out of her. Horrible!!!

Review Fashionable Yet Fierce. Kimberly is a true professional. She's young enough to understand the power of using social media as an advertisement yet tough enough to deal with the most difficult situations...with grace. I researched realtors and decided to send her an email. She responded to my email within minutes and set up an appointment. When I met her I was immediately impressed. She was well dressed and well spoken yet personable and down to earth. I felt comfortable with her. She explained the process and I decided to give her a shot. She always responded to my email or texts within a reasonable time frame and always the same day. She sold my house in exactly 2 months...from the time the sign went up in my yard and the listing posted to closing.She suggested small changes I could make that would highlight the features the house had and would make the house more desirable. She then had the house professionally photographed and had a video made. The buyer ended up trying to back out days before the closing. That's when I saw how tough she could be. Needless to say we closed on the house. I highly recommend Kimberly as a realtor. You won't be disappointed.

Review Kimberly is amazing. We were first time home buyers and she worked really hard helping us with everything. She answered all of our crazy questions promptly by both email and text, even when we asked at like 8 PM. Showing us around homes she was able to quickly notice potential problems with homes, one home she noticed water damage on the ceilings suggesting the roof might be bad, another home she noticed a hole in the wall we had missed showing no insulation in the walls and strongly steering us away from the home. She has really good connections with all of the inspections. We had to get a 4-point inspection last minute for our insurance and they were all booked for weeks and Kimberly was able to pull some connections and get it done the next day. Highly recommend.

We had lost several contacts and missed out on many listings. Then I happen to meet Kimberly. Other agents in the area would be quick to get us to sign a contract, but never seemed to care about us and expected the house to sell without any effort on their part. The other agents did not give us any feedback or suggestions. This was not Kimberly's approach. Kimberly was the exact opposite. Kimberly immediately gave us suggestions and after a showing she would give us feedback. Most of our things were packed so Kimberly brought her own personal items to our house and decorated, "staged", it so it would show better.
