ZillowVERIFIEDThis review is a long time coming. Since we sold and relocated it's been a whirlwind but Kimberly deserves this review. My wife got a job offer in Washington State and we originally needed to be there towards the end of August. Things got bumped around and we needed to be there a month sooner. We had already planned to paint the interior and exterior as well as put in new carpet. Kimberly agreed they would help the sale of the house immensely and then she offered a few other suggestions which we followed her lead on.Because of the quick timeline we were on, we was not able to be in Pensacola for long after we had the house listed. Kimberly coached us through the value of the home and what we could get for it, but we had to sale ASAP and she knew just where to price us to hopefully land a quick sale. We might have gotten less than we could have but relocating was more important. Kimberly landed us a near perfect offer on our house in what basically less than 24 hours. 3 days later we were under contract.We had to leave 2 weeks in to things and there were items that came up that needed to be handled that I couldn't do as I was no longer there. Kimberly took care of everything. We put all of our trust and confidence in her and she took care of us insanely well.She helped us buy the home originally in 2013 and she helped my wife's parents find a fantastic home a few months before that. They will be using Kimberly when it comes time to sale, as will we if we ever decide to relocate back to the NW panhandle market.Kimberly is an asset to the Pensacola community and we can't recommend her enough. If she makes any sort of suggestion or recommendation, jump on it. Let her have control of things and sit back and relax as she works a magic not many on the Gulf Coast have.Thank you again Kimberly, you are the best.
