However, we did put in a offer on the house, but we did not get it. We found another house that we like when Kim did the walk through with us. My stepdaughter was with me when doing the walk through. Kim told us if we got the house that she would by a Bella doll for her. She helped us putting in a offer and taught us how to buy a home. The sellers did accept are offer and we had Kim help us through the whole process. I absolutely love the communication that Kim gave us. Once, she knew something she would share the information to my fiance and I. I love how she is strong at negotiating and never backs down. She is always looking out for the buyers/sellers whats and needs. At settlement day, she gave us a plague with my last name,address, and when the settlement day was. At Christmas time, she surprised us with a Bella doll for my stepdaughter from her own pocket! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house! We knew little about the area and were not really in a rush to find some place. But we soon learned why Kim was such a great connection. Kim did an incredible job helping us figure out what we wanted, selectively identifying possibilities and then, as if by magic, showing us a home meeting all of our requirements. ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Kim. We worked with Kim over the past few months to buy a house. She was easy to get a hold of and work with. We toured quite a few houses with her and felt like she listened to what we wanted and needed. We didnt feel like she was trying to push us into anything. We ended up finding aEURoethe houseaEUR? just before she was scheduled to go on vacation. Kim even worked with us on vacation, through phone and email, so that everything could happen in a timely manner. During our final walkthrough, we came across a problem with the house that was not evident during the inspection. Kim was on the phone calling and texting pictures of the problem to try to get ballpark quotes from her contacts, so that we had an idea for what to negotiate. We ended up negotiating a last minute deal with the seller to fix the problem and were still able to close on time! Thank you, Kim, for all of your hard work! We love our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim helped us sell our home which had a unique amount of acreage. She is enthusiastic, engaged, professional, and approachable. Her knowledge in real estate, ability to communicate, and marketing skills were crucial in the interactions with other agents, the inspectors, and the appraisal. We had competing offers and sold our home for full asking price, no closing help, and very minor expenses paid per the inspection - largely because of her negotiation skills. She also had great advice on home staging and brought in a professional stager to help us (who was also outstanding and gave us simple ideas we could do ourselves). Kim's ops manager, Celine, was very responsive and also, great to work with. There is a lot of scheduling and paperwork that happens after the sale goes pending and she managed everything wonderfully for us.

I'm very glad I followed her advice because, just as she predicted, my home was immediately seen by more prospective buyers than I thought possible and I received multiple strong offers within days.
