ZillowVERIFIED We moved to the area from out of state and as a military family, it can be difficult to manage the home search and buying process from long distance. Kim handled everything! She listened to our needs and found a great list of options. We were able to visit for a week to shop houses and she was with us the whole time, prepared and ready to show us almost 30 houses. We were able to decide on a place by the end of the week and she had our contract/offer drawn up before we finished dinner that night. Our negotiation process was tedious on the part of the seller, but she stuck to her guns and we walked away with a great deal. She was always available for a call or text if we had any questions. ZillowVERIFIED We have not gone through any process yet as the home is being built and she was not included in the negotiation process either. Although we found the lot and builder our selves by chance, we advised the home salesman that we wanted Kim included as our agent because she had done a lot of work for us showing us many homes. This builder had no problem with that.
