ZillowVERIFIED After searching online for a house and requesting some additional information. I received a email from Kimberly very shortly after. She was very helpful from the start. We spoke about what I was interested in and what I abosolutly had to have. She didn't try to show me homes just to sell me, but homes that had serious potential. The plan was for me to start out building a house then my time circumstances changed. Due to time restraints I chose to buy and not to build. She was always there for me, helping me with new homes that were listed on the market to referring me to lenders that were easy to work with. Due to my busy schedule she was always available and willing to take the time to show me several homes at different times of the day on short notice. She worked with me through several meetings on building a home and through multiple showings around my preferred area. After a year and a half of searching and planning, a home finally came up she thought I would possibly be interested in. I went the very next day to walk through. It turned out to be a house I loved! I made a immediate offer with her help. And not so far after I closed on. I highly recommend Kimberly if your listing your house or looking to buy. Very knowledgeable on both aspects! I always felt she was looking out for my best interest and I owe her a huge THANK YOU for introducing me to my new home! Give her a try and I promise you won't be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Kim thus far has been very positive. She obviously has much knowledge of the real estate business, has stayed the course with us and proceeded to quickly qualify our situation, in addition to providing us with several different purchase and rental options. More importantly, Kim referred us to a Mortgage Loan Consultant for refinancing, which will certainly make our condominium more marketable saving us a considerable amount of time and money in the end. She has a polite and professional way about her and is currently attending to our current and future living needs situation. I am confident that she will be able to help us even more when the time is right.

ZillowVERIFIED I would HIGHLY recommend Kim Drescher to represent anyone that is looking for a Proactive, and caring Real Estate Agent! She helped us find the right condominium that we needed quickly. Kim also assisted in selling our house within a couple of months, during a slow season with a high volume of competition. She will work tirelessly to meet your needs in the housing market!Gratefully,Ms. S. Meerschaert

ZillowVERIFIED I met Kimberly after purchasing a parcel of land that she previously owned. During our discussions I discovered that she was a real estate professional. Later that year, I listed a separate parcel with Kimberly and Real Estate One. I was very pleased with her professionalism, organization, constant feedback and honesty. She was able to market and move my vacant parcel above asking price. She is very dedicated to her work and I will be using Kimberly for all future real estate transactions.
