Part-way through the escrow process, I had to present her with a very unique and very, very difficult problem, and without going into any personal details, let me just say that I told her if she was able to successfully resolve this seemingly impossible issue, she definitely needed some award for realtors or something. Well, she did it. She knocked it out of the park for me, probably with the help of her extensive network of contacts here on Maui. I found the property I wished to purchase on the first day of showings with Kimberly, which is not usually the case. She negotiated my complicated purchase for lower than asking. She was able to have the seller accept an offer contingent to my selling two properties in California and completing a 10-31 tax exchange. This purchase required a high degree of real estate knowledge and expertise. Even more amazing was her continued assistance after the purchase. I sent her a patio set for the new property from California and she delivered it to my new lanai. ZillowVERIFIED We walked in to her real estate office a couple years ago and she was standing by the front desk. She showed us properties that year and we decided to wait. She continued to send us new listings and when we went back this year she showed us units at the whaler. We chose an ocean front condo and put in an offer. It was a complicated transaction as we were in a 1031 exchange and the seller was also in a 1031 exchange for a larger unit. Kimberly worked tirelessly and we closed on time.
