Kim (and team) absolutely made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable! ALL questions answered fast, efficient, and with expertise. She checked in with us often to make sure we didn't have questions or concerns. She helped us find our dream home! 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone!!

I couldn't have asked for a better person to sell as well help us buy our new home. Kimberly was more than patient, she listened to our needs, and found us the home we wanted. She came into our lives at one of the most difficult, and trying times we have ever gone through, and not only showed exceptional empathy, but became a wonderful part of our family. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know when purchasing, or selling a home, over, and over again!

Having purchased and sold several houses in the past with various agents, without a doubt our experience with Kimberly as our agent on our most recent purchase was the best. In what was a very difficult market for buyers, Kimberly was scanning the listings literally night and day for potential properties. Within minutes of new properties hitting the market she has us scheduled for showings the very same day. While working with us, Kimberly had several other clients and listings, but she always treated us as her only client. You will not find an agent more responsive and committed to your transaction. Once she found us the perfect house, she negotiated and closed the deal far beyond my expectations . I highly recommend Kimberly for any purchase or sale in the St. Louis area.

Helped me buy my first home. Ended up getting me my new home for 239k and closing costs paid! That was 20k+ under what they were originally asking for the house. Being a first time home buyer Kim was quick to answer all of my questions as well.

The best agent we've ever worked with! Words can't even describe the level of service Kim provided to my family. She was always available any time, by text, phone, or email. We knew she had many other clients but we truly felt like the only ones. We knew she had our best interests in mind and would fight for us. I can't recommend her enough!!

Kimberly was very professional and knowledgeable on every aspect of our home purchase. Our home purchase was so easy and quick with her. I was amazed how she was able to get us closed so quickly! Although she had several clients, she made us feel like we were her number one priority! It was truly a pleasure working with her. We still keep in touch and the next time we need someone to list and purchase a new home, it will be Kimberly because we know it will be a very professional and enjoyable experience to work with her again. Thanks Kimberly! Mark & Rizza Schulte
