Kim was not only professional but caring, and we really felt like she listened to us regarding what we were looking for in our forever home. She informed us when new homes were listed that fit our search criteria, and we picked a day to go look at several of them. She was patient, and we never felt rushed. She also took the time to look the homes over and point out items that we might want to consider as negotiating power if we decided to make an offer. When we found the right one, she helped so much to make the process as smooth as possible for us. She even spent a few hours with the building inspector, walking room to room. I can't say enough about how great our experience with her was and would highly recommend her to anyone in the market!
