ZillowVERIFIEDWe went to Kimberly off of a recommendation. Our house was not selling we had a offer for $25000 less of asking that was insulting to say the least and that was it we put in more work it seems like then she did and I felt like we got pushed to the back burner because she didnt think we would have a good deal or something I would not recommend working with Kimberly unless you own your house out right she is really hard to get a hold of all the time I have sent her text messages three days in a row and Ive only got one text the first day and that was it. We asked her for a release of contract multiple times so that way we could just stay at the house and for sale by owner or at a later date and we have yet to get that.
