ZillowVERIFIEDKim helped my boyfriend and I find a house to rent. We were struggling for probably a month or two just getting no responses from homes we had applied to, within a week of working with Kim she found us a gorgeous house that met all my requirements. She went above and beyond to proofread my application materials, respond to communication quickly, and tour homes with me. Were very thankful for her help and glad we found a great realtor just in time!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim listed and sold my mother's house which was my childhood home. My mother had recently passed away so, it was a difficult time for the family. From start to closing Kim was there with comfort, support and all the answers. She gave us great advise and tips as we prepared to put the house on the market. When she showed me the listing for the house I was amazed how well the house was portrayed. The overview Kim wrote for the listing was just amazing, as if she had lived there for 50 years. Once we went live with the listing there was an unbelievable amount of interest in the house and was sold in 3 days. Kim was very professional throughout and handle any issues with ease. Kim is the best there is in real estate!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was our seller agent. Everything with Kim went very smoothly. She was reliable, professional, friendly, did her research and gave great advice on staging the house and sale price. She got us the highest price in the neighborhood so far. The buyers were a perfect match and love the home. Home sold in 4 days after we staged it so we as sellers were very happy. Perfectly smooth transaction and great experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing! Where do I start? We met Kim about a year ago at an open house when we were toying with the thought of moving. We immediately put her at the top of our potential agent list for when we were ready. Fast forward nearly a year... best decision we made! We have often referred to our selling and buying experience as a journey because we have had hiccups, bumps, and some entertainment through the entire process. Thank goodness we had Kim! She never missed a beat and got us through to the finish line. Her integrity, commitment, knowledge, experience, exhaustive contact list, advice, communication, you name it, were all top notch. I can't even imagine where we would have ended up without her. She had our back at all times, fighting and protecting us in matters we weren't even aware of. I promise that anyone who chooses Kim as their agent will not regret it for a second. While I hope I don't need realty services again anytime soon, she will be our only choice the next time around.

From the first walk through of the house and recommendations on how to max our potential, to final negotiations, she was a pro through the entire experience. Her communication throughout was much appreciated. I will work with Kim again and would recommend her without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kim has been an absolute breeze! My husband and I began working with her towards the beginning of 2020, January maybe? In a matter of three months, we found our perfect home, purchased it, and sold our previous home. She stuck it out with us through everything! We were very picky about what we wanted and we must have seen at least 20+ homes with Kim. She drove to all sorts of places to help us find our perfect home. Once we found it, she had a quick turn around time of getting our house on the market and ready to go! We had offers on our home in a matter of two days! We settled by the end of the week! It was crazy. She worked with us through a lot and she always stayed professional and respectful. She has quick response times and always answers the many questions I had. Kim managed to help us settle on our sale and purchase, all while the COVID-19 stuff was happening! She made it happen and I don't think we could have worked it out better with anyone else. I highly recommend Kim and I plan to share her name with anyone who wants to purchase or sell a home! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Kim has helped buy two homes and sell one. She is exceptional. Her negotiating skills are excellent. She pays attention to details, is responsive and always provides updates! Her integrity is beyond reproach and anAttribute in a business that unfortunately lacks that quality. If you want a realtor you can have confidence in and trust to represent you fairly and honestly you should contact kim!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim Chen helped me find my first home eight years ago and when I was ready to sell I knew I would be calling her again. Kim helped me get my home ready to list and sell. It was active on a Thursday and by the next Tuesday we had multiple bids to choose from! Kim is knowledgeable and gives spot on advice. She negotiates fantastically and works hard to get her clients all they need and deserve. She also provides wonderful recommendations for movers, home inspections, chimney inspections and more. Kim also helped me find my new home too. Kim Chen goes above and beyond for her clients. She was even calling and texting me to check in while she was away on vacation! I have and will recommend her to anyone to wants to sell or purchase a home. She is the best around!

ZillowVERIFIED A+++, OUTSTANDING: Thank goodness for Kim Chen! The selling process can be an unbelievably stressful and uncertain experience, and one we would not have been able to get through without Kim's undying efforts, professionalism, and positive energy throughout. We learned the hard way that there is a DRASTIC difference in realtors - missed showings, shady motives, complete lack of due diligence. I cannot stress enough how thankful we are to have been able to work with Kim Chen. She guided us through the comps, open houses, showings, offers, repairs, contract, and settlement. Furthermore, she provided contact information for a mover, contractor, and finance company - ALL of which we used and were totally satisfied with. I would and will recommend her services to anyone looking for an dedicated, honest, and world class professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim is the best! We were referred to her by a neighbor that used her services. We worked with Kim for almost 8 months. She was extremely helpful and patient with us as we sometimes dragged our feet on what we wanted to do. Kim was also very responsive...even answering text messages late at night to allay our fears. She helped us sell out townhouse and helped us find a great house. It was definitely worth the wait as we purchased our dream house. We would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended to Kim by some family members who have worked with her in the past. Contacting her was the best decision I could've made when buying a new home. I was a first time home buyer so I had many questions and concerns. Kim and her team did an amazing job at helping me through the process. Whether I had one, major question a day or 15, minor questions...Kim was there. Kim put forth a lot of effort and really took into consideration what was best for me, she never tried to over or under sell me. Thanks to Kim and her team, I am in the process of painting my master bedroom in a home that I am very happy with.

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Kim by the realtor who sold our house; it was the best referral we could have ever hoped for. Kim is an excellent realtor and a great person. Our search was a difficult one because we had so many different criteria for a home, wanted to search in three different states (MD, WV and VA), and were in no hurry since we are retired and had a temporary place to live. Kim referred us to quality realtors who were licensed in WV and VA while continuing to show us homes in MD. Kim set up excellent searches for us in MD and was always very responsive, usually enabling us to view houses the same day we requested. Her thoughts and comments on the houses we viewed were those of a knowledgeable professional and greatly assisted us in our decision making. Kim became more like a friend rather than a realtor since she quickly learned our likes and dislikes and we truly enjoyed her company. When we did find the home of our dreams Kim took over and took care of all the paperwork and coordinated all the inspections and other items needed to meet our desired closing date. This process was complicated by the fact that we were out of town for 12 days during this period but Kim was very creative and did whatever was necessary to ensure the closing was not delayed. We feel very fortunate to have had Kim as our realtor and would very highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Exceptional service in a stressful and exciting time...Kim helped us to sell our home and find our dream home. This was the first time we had sold our home and Kim was honest and informative about the process and assisted us in ways I doubt other realtors would. When we were asked to fix plumbing, roofing and electrical issues from the buyer, without being asked, Kim called her contacts and we had quotes within 24-48 hours so that we could make an informed decision. That is only one example in the selling of our home. She consistently went above and beyond through each step of the process to keep things as organized, simple, and stress free as possible. When it came to finding our dream home, Kim listened and understood what we wanted in a home. When we found our home, she gave us great advice so that we could be the buyers (out of 9 offers) to own the home. Even when the settlement for both homes came and went, Kim still helped us. When the previous owners to our new home left things unfinished (that they informally agreed to do and then refused), she came to our home and assisted with trash removal and hired and paid a contractor to finish a project. She truly understands the ups and downs that come with buying and selling a home. More than that, she truly cares for her clients, builds authentic relationships and her exceptional service comes from her heart. I highly recommend her for all real estate transactions and would gladly have her assist us in the future.
