As a former small business owner, I have always been motivated by making others happy. I felt fulfilled by helping others achieve their fitness goals and gain confidence, and increase their physical strength and develop a strong emotional well-being. Years after closing our fitness facility, I have found real estate to be just as rewarding. Helping others move onto their next phase and thru their life's journey, is extremely gratifying. Starting the process as strangers, and ending the transaction with a friendship is truly gratifying. I have been employed by Keller Williams Realty Group since 2013 and became licensed myself in 2015. I started as an assistant to the owners of the company and managed their personal real estate team of 14 agents. With mastering the tools of marketing and lead generating, I was able to implement systems to increase accountability and financial success of the team. In 2015, I became a licensed realtor and by 2017, I became a top producer in the top 15% of my company. In a company of 225 agents, this is no small feat. I decided that the next step was to venture into the luxury arena and challenge myself in this market. Since becoming licensed, my business has grown in leaps and bounds and I am eternally grateful to the leaders at Keller Williams who lead by example and continue to educate the agents on staying current of market trends and tools to grow and maintain a successful business. I am very fulfilled in this industry and am blessed to have a truly supportive family to understand the business's high demands. This can be one of the most stressful experiences in a person's life. I try to always be positive, and keep the lines of communication open with all parties. Prior to real estate and the fitness industry, I have enjoyed success with different industries. Fine dining restaurant management, community event planning, and commercial real estate.... These were all stepping stones in my life that have prepared me for my role today in real estate, in one way or another. I believe things don't just happen, they happen for a reason.
