She strategically listed my house in a not-so-great real estate market and was directly responsible for its sale even though another agent represented my buyers. Kim also was directly responsible for the purchase of my new house 60 miles away in a very competitive sellers' market. I trusted her completely and she always (!!!) acted in my best interests. On top of everything else, Kim is simply an all-around fantastic person to be around and I'm very grateful she was recommended to me by now former next-door neighbors for my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first home buyer and I was hoping my first experience with a realtor would be a pleasant one! I was told that Kim would be giving me a phone call that I never received. I never heard anything at all after I told her what my schedule would be. This is AFTER I told her we were very interested in buying a home. After not hearing from her, I had no interest in looking at the house or going through Zillow again.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good things about Kim..but Ill try! We had tried to sell our house through someone else and had only 2 showings in 6 months. Kim had our house sold in about a month. She was always prompt in answering any questions we had and was always there for us. We had a family tragedy right after we had put the house on the market and Kim was very understanding and helped us any way she could. She became a friend and not just our realtor, we love her and would highly suggest you use her..you would not be disappointed!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED She seemed very frustrated when we asked her to show us homes that she felt "was not a good fit for our family" & felt like she was only interested in showing us houses that she wanted us to buy/listed by her. I personally felt like Kim didn't take the time to get to know us as "potential home owners" Sadly would not recommend :(

ZillowVERIFIED Kim has been helping me find my husband and I's first home. We went through a handful of houses that I liked but did not love. When we walked into the house we are currently in the process of buying we all knew that was the house, she definitely saw it in my eyes first. Throughout the searching process Kim offered many suggestions and tips which were very helpful. She keeps me informed and is always there when I need questions answered, even if it is late at night. It was a stressful process of not finding what my husband and I wanted right away but when my husband and I found another house we wanted to check out she was quick with a response to try and set up an appointment. It is difficult trying to find something states away but Kim has been helpful and making it as easy as possible. I definitely suggest you use Kim if you are looking for a home in this area! She really seems to know what she is talking about, and is very knowledgeable about the homes she shows when she doesn't know something she gets the answer for you in a good amount of time. Hopefully when we are in the market for a new home or selling ours she will still be in real estate because I would definitely use her again! 2014-2015
