ZillowVERIFIEDKim did a thorough market analysis of our property and shared with us all the details about the strengths and weaknesses compared to sold houses as well as houses currently on the market. She worked with us to develop pricing as well as listing strategies that were explained in detail and cleared up understanding of how to get the most out of selling our house. Using Kims market knowledge and best practice experience we agreed on a listing price and schedule to list and hold an open house. The house was priced perfectly and we had very active showings that resulted in a sale slightly over the listed price. Kim guided us through the process of inspections and settlement to a worry free sale. Kim is a marketing genius and I would absolutely use her to sell or buy a property again.

ZillowVERIFIED After a couple of costly and thoroughly unpleasant experiences, I spent hours researching and reading through client reviews for agents serving the area in which I was looking to buy. Many of them had plenty of positive seller reviews, but Kim had not only far more reviews overallaEUR"and all of them positiveaEUR"but also several buyer reviews. As a first time homebuyer in this crazy market, I knew I needed someone with experience and assertiveness, who I could trust to represent my best interests. It was apparent at first meeting, that Kim was the right choice. She made the entire process feel smooth and easyaEUR"though I know she was working hard behind the scenes to bring everything together for me. She gave me straightforward, honest information and kept me on track, without leaving me feeling pressured, manipulated, or ignored.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was so nice to work with on behalf of my father. I am not local to the area, so she made sure to assist with things I would have had a hard time doing without local knowledge. Kim was down-to-earth and friendly, yet still professional; it felt like a friend was helping us. My dad is so thankful for Kim's help, and I am so glad he insisted she be the one to help with the sale. She made it quick and easy for everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim is the BEST realtor. She was tasked with finding me a home while I was living in another state. The first time we met was over video chat where she virtually took me through homes I wanted to see. It was amazing aEUR" to be able to trust someone with purchasing a home aEUR" sight unseen until the day of closing aEUR" is absolutely priceless. Her attention to detail and answering all my many questions took so much stress off of me during my re-location. The entire process from start to finish was seamless aEUR" the day of closing everything was ready for me when I arrived and I didnt have to spend A 1/2 the day signing paperwork. And the best thing about it is, I have made new friends that I will cherish forever.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim Burton came highly recommended by a friend of mine who chose Kim to sell a house for her. After meeting with Kim to discuss the sale of my house, I was immediately impressed by the positive approach she exhibited to real estate matters. She told me she could sell my house in three days in the current market. I was somewhat skeptical of such a quick sale, but signed on with her due to her positive attitude. Despite a brief delay for a needed repair, that is indeed what Kim did! Many offers came in, including two competing top offers. Kim negotiated the sale in such a way to get me the best deal! Throughout the process, Kim and her partner, Clay, were always available to respond to questions and concerns and gave extraordinary assistance. Even after the house closing, which took place 45 minutes away, Kim literally stood by me and led me back to my neighborhood to assure my safety. Kim is a combination of highly competent professional and caring individual. The best of both worlds!

Kim was always available by phone to answer questions or she pointed us in the right direction. She even set us up with the proper companies to help get us settled in our new home.
