I always tell buyers: get pre-approved, know what really matters to you, and be ready to move quickly. The good homes don’t sit long. When you’re prepared and we have a solid strategy, you’re already ahead of the competition.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Price it right from the start, present it beautifully, and don’t skip the prep. Today’s buyers want move-in ready, and the way your home shows—online and in person—matters. When we combine smart pricing with strong marketing and great presentation, that’s when you see the best results and top-dollar offers.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with everyone—from first-time buyers and growing families to downsizers, luxury sellers, relocations, and even celebrities from my TV days. No matter the price point, I treat every client like a VIP and tailor the experience to their needs.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite recent transactions was a home that absolutely took off—within days we had 12 offers and it sold for over $100,000 above asking. The sellers trusted my pricing strategy and presentation plan, and it paid off in a big way. The entire process was smooth, competitive in the best way, and incredibly rewarding for everyone involved.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I came into real estate after an Emmy-nominated career in television. I realized the same skills—storytelling, marketing, managing big personalities, and staying calm under pressure—translate perfectly into helping people buy and sell homes. Once I made the switch, I never looked back. I love what I do, and it shows in how I take care of my clients.

Absolutely. My Emmy-nominated TV background gave me advanced training in marketing, storytelling, production, and negotiation—skills most agents simply don’t have.
