ZillowVERIFIED Not only did she make my first home buying experience extremely effortless and even after dealing with the extremely frustrating seller, I knew that everything was under control with Kim. I have nothing but praise and high regards to say about Kim and would be recommending her to all of my friends and associates who need a prompt, reliable and communicative realtor

ZillowVERIFIED Kim did an amazing job helping us determine pricing in the current market, negotiate the purchase and keeping us informed every step of the process. Kim assisted in helping recommend inspectors, as well as being present for them since we were out of state buyers. Kim was accessible for questions days, nights and weekends during the process as well. We highly recommend Kim for buying and selling, as she sold my house in 2019 and for the purchase of our current home in 2023 when relocating back to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly helped me navigate the sale of my deceased mother's home. I wanted to sell quickly, and it was an AS IS sale; she advised me on what things had to be done to get the house sold. When the best offer was decided she handled the back-and-forth communications, allowing me to focus on things I needed to do up until the day of close. As far as I am concerned, she went above and beyond to get me the right buyer and the best price with the least amount of stress.

ZillowVERIFIED Within 1-2 days of contacting her she was already creating a list of homes to our specifications and was able to gain access to tour them! Not to mention after we found and signed our lease for our new home she was there to answer any questions and also solved some issues we were having with the rental company directly! Can not stress how much I recommend her!!! Best realtor around and made house hunting super easy along with making sure we got everything we needed!

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberly was responsive and wanted to know what WE wanted from the process. Everything was a collaboration, with Kim showing no hesitation to express her recommendations, but always asking how we wanted to proceed. While this type of experience does not classify as "fun," Kim made it as enjoyable an experience as we could have expected.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was great. A true professional that did everything in her power to help my mother's dream come true. She was very knowledgeable and available whenever we needed her. Kim listened to the requirements my mother wanted in a new home. She went out and did the foot work and came back with several options. Kim then worked with us hand and hand to find the best home within budget. She was very helpful with the inspections and utilities going into the closing process. ZillowVERIFIED I heard about Kimberly Berger through a friend and we started the process of buying my first home right away. When I used to think of real estate agents, I always considered them the "lawyer" type but Kim changed my mind. She was on top of everything from the first phone conversation....to showing me homes....to connecting me to a lender....and even called me to make sure everything was okay when I had already closed and moved in. Obviously she knows what she is doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks Kim.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Kimberly to purchase our first home, and were so lucky to find her! She was incredibly responsive in answering all our nonstop newbie questions, and walked us through every step of the process so we'd know what to expect. Despite the Humble market being as tight as it is, we had an offer accepted after less than a month -- which felt like winning the lottery. Kimberly's energy, humor, and advice made what could have been an overwhelming, tedious process a lot fun. ...And she's the sweetest person ever!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was absolutely amazing. She was quick to respond to anything we needed, helped us negotiate the price of the home, and even helped us get in touch with the previous owners to purchase some of their existing furniture. One instance of her ability and willingness to go above the call of duty was when we noticed a tiny imperfection in the paint in the master bathroom during our final walk through. We asked the previous owners if they still had the paint, and unfortunately they didn't. Kim offered to paint the walls herself before we moved in. I was shocked by this level of dedication to providing perfect customer service. While we didn't take her up on the offer, it meant the world to us that she would even offer at all. It just goes to show how amazing Kim really is and how committed to excellence she strives to be! Kim went above and beyond my expectations and I will most DEFINITELY use her again in the future and recommend her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim is a great, sweet lady but not so good at keeping up with customers. I know that we all have personal things that go on in our lives but as a salesperson myself I know that when duty calls, you pick up. Especially if it means making a sale or losing a customer. Either way, I ended up becoming my own Realtor after two attempts to reach out to Kim and no response. I needed a house so I found my own 4 bedroom, 3 bath home near fall creek in Humble, TX and got in contact with the owner myself and have been happily living there since December. Moral of the story is you should never have to wait on a Realtor after expressing so much interest. That's like going to Walmart and waiting to check out so that the cashier can take a personal call.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was so awesome during our process of relocating to such a big city like Houston, TX. Based on her knowledge of the city as well as our preference and personal taste, she was able to direct us to a great subdivision that is in good driving distance to my employer and located around shopping amenities etc. Without Kim, I don't know where my husband and I would be! We had only two days in town to find a house, and she helped us find the perfect house. We are so grateful.
