ZillowVERIFIED I dont know where to start. Simply put Kim is the best. We contacted her to show us Gravies Point a year ago as she was listed as one of the preferred agents on their website. We did not to go that route and she showed us a few homes but we decided we would wait some time before considering if the apartment was right for us. We contacted Kim in Mid December with an unusual request, we needed to find a home within a budget barely at the lowest end of the neighborhoods we liked, low taxes and a decent size lot, make a deal, be in contract in less then 40 days and close in under 90, all in the middle of winter. I realized that was crazy after, but Kim assured me we would find it. Within a few hours we had lists from each neighborhood of potential properties. Over the next 30 days she showed us over 20 properties. She was always kind to us even though I was late to every showing. If there was anything we did not know she educated us on. When viewing homes she always pointed out things that we would have otherwise missed and always had a lot of insight on the possibilities of each property. She is always available and always finds the answer to any question we had. She is well known by not only realtors but many neighbors of the properties we saw as well. She was able to show us homes that were not yet available before anyone else, and when requested, scheduled appointments for showings within minutes. She is extremely knowledgeable not only the the properties but the area and all the amenities that are offered throughout the North Shore of Long Island. She quickly understood what we were looking for and when we found the property we purchased she could tell right away the interest we had in it. Although the seller also had unusual circumstances, she negotiated for us and worked closely with the sellers agent. She was able to facilitate a deal for under asking price very quickly. From the beginning, She treated us like family, always looking out for our best interest. You will never feel rushed or persuaded into anything . If needed, She will help you throughout the entire process , Will recommend inspectors and bankers that you will be pleased with as well. Even after closing. I live about 50 miles away and realized it would be a challenge from the start. I did some Google 'research' and THANKFULLY found Kim Bancroft.Kim is a GodSend. I was impressed from the very first phone call that Kim cared about my family first, and the selling of the house second. She made me feel very comfortable in the first minute of talking with her. With her solid credentials, her long time in FULL TIME realty, and her easy going demeanor, I felt right away that I was talking to the right person.After a few minutes on the phone, we set a date to meet at the house. She was prompt, (as she was every time we met), and very pleasant when we did the initial walk through the house. She made me feel confident that day, that signing with her to represent us in the sale, was going to make this process as painless as possible. And it was.Within a few days of the walk through, and enough time to mentally process everything, I received the paperwork from Kim. She advised me to look it over carefully, give it some time to think about, and get back to her at my leisure. Within a few days, I signed the paperwork and let Kim work her magic.Kim seemed to take the personal approach, as if this was her family having to sell this house. She respected the history, the emotions, the various siblings involved, and the time frame we had in mind. With us not having much reasonable experience in real estate, I basically turned everything over to her for the sale. Never, ever, did I feel pressured by Kim in any way. Every step of the way, Kim communicated, proactively advised, and equally important, LISTENED. If I had questions or ideas, Kim would answer them with solid advice. She never dismissed any idea and always explained the 'hows' and 'whys' of the progress.Kim also has a plethora of good contacts. All reliable, reasonable, and trustworthy. Kim made this a one stop shop. Anything I needed help with, a call to Kim handled it. From A to Z, this was one of the most stress free, easy projects I've ever been involved with. Now that it's over, I look back with a smile, and think it's too bad Kim can't help me in the future with selling my house because I'm so far away. She's really that great.

Not only is she a consummate professional, but she took great care in listening to our wants and needs and was beyond helpful during what at times was a stressful process (we had some specific needs that were not the easiest to meet). Moreover, as a mom, Kim completely understood our desire to investigate each and every school and community with a microscope and even arranged tours and meetings with the schools we wanted to visit.
