Kimberly is an energetic real estate professional who shares her time & expertise generously. Her knowledge of the local industry trends is spot on which was critical to marketing my multi family investment property during a changing marketplace. Her initial suggestions were helpful in preparing the property for market. After each open house she gave me feedback and offered suggestions on how best to move forward. Unfortunately, the property did not sell but Kimberly offered a punch list of items which reflected shoppers concerns. As a result, I am investing in some of those improvements in preparation for the Spring market which Kimberly shall be listing. Kimberly is tenacious and I feel confident that she will be find me a buyer.

Kimberly was a delight to work with. We first met her at an open house and she quickly assessed our situation and told us we were not ready yet as we hadnt started any activity to sell our existing residence. We had her visit us at our house and she gave us a market analysis and a punch list of items to prepare our house for sale. She connected us with a competent vendors (contractor, mortgage broker and closing attorney). Kimberly kept in constant contact with us while our house was being prepared for sale and helped us search for another property. Once we found a new property, she arranged the home inspection and negotiated with the seller for items that needed attention. She handled both the sale of our property and the purchase of the new condo with competence and professionalism such that it was smooth sailing through the closing. Her knowledge of the market, vendors and financial aspects of both a sale and a purchase was impressive. We feel that she went beyond what is typically expected of a realtor. was VERY EASY to work with. With her exuberant personality we found that we had much in common and consider her a friend and look forward to continuing our relationship on a personal level. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Kimberly is very professional, personable and extremely easy to get along with. She stuck with us well over half a year and let us know about houses in our price range and was very helpful to us in negotiating prices. She knew the local area very well.

I could not have imagined myself going on this home buying journey with anyone else besides Kimberly. Shes a person of integrity and professionalism the entire experience was amazing!. Kim feels more like a friend than a realtor, she ALWAYS had my best interest in mind. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and would take the time to explain things to me as far as what to look for in a house and a neighborhood. She got to know me and what I was looking for. Kimberly knew when MY house finally came on the market and went out of her way to introduce herself to the seller and set up a showing the next day. I closed 3 weeks later!!! Thank you Kimberly!!!!!
