Kimberly and Amy were fantastic! We are first time homebuyers and new to the process. Kim came to the first appointment with a smile and prepared with neighborhood stats which we used to make a decision for our offer. She was great with communicating with the seller's realtor, our lender and inspectors. After each step, she would touch base to keep us updated so we knew where we stood and what to expect next. At the closing, Kim and Amy went with us to answer any final questions or clarifications we needed. They provided "welcome home" gifts, like a soccer ball and net for our 4 year old son who wouldn't stop talking about playing soccer in the backyard. It was the little details that they remembered that made the closing process extra special. With how knowledgeable, professional and friendly both women were, I highly recommend them to anyone!
