She really knows how to connect with both buyers and sellers, her knowledge of automated electronic documents (dotloop), makes signing documents a breeze on your smart phone. She puts her clients FIRST, guiding them every step of the way. Her resources are tremendous, such as brokers/lenders, a cache of home improvement companies who have served her and her clients with discounts when her name is mentioned. Even in a difficult buying atmosphere, my husband and I moved from Florida in with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. Kim advocates very strongly for Veterans and VA loans. As Veterans (retired US Navy) she knows lenders who know and understand the VA loan process. In this difficult buying atmosphere, we all decided to rent a single family home closer to the girls school district. Even then, Kim contacted the renting agent to protect us from any irregularities in the contract. She is not only a great broker but she is our friend. When it comes time to move again, she will be the first person we call!
