Kimberlee was so good at negotiating deals for me. She was very informative on showing me what to look for in a home and giving me tricks on how to fix things in a home. She is very responsive in answering phone calls and answering questions and concerns that I had. It was a very difficult process for me especially with pandemic happening and banks becoming strict and changing qualifications for a home mortgage. Kimberlee stuck with me to the end she was the one who referred me to the lender who approved me and I was able to move into my new home. I am very glad that I chose to work with Kimberlee.
