ZillowVERIFIEDKimberlee is the best of the best. She walks you through the whole process answers any questions you have. She is a text or a call a way. Always calm and gets it all done. I recommend her to everyone. In the middle of getting our rental ready to be listed I had some family and health issues come up and she checked in on daily. Not about the house or to say hey get on it to Make sure I was ok! I am beyond blessed to have had her through the whole process. She made it happen and I am proud to now call her a friend. She is professional with a heart of gold and genuinely wants what is best for her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was our real estate agent and helped us find our dream home. We had looked online and sent her houses that we were interested in. After seeing those houses I think she knew what we were looking for and suggested a house she thought we were perfect for. She was right. This house was perfect for our growing family. She was very knowledgeable about what to expect when buying a home and how to go about finding the right lender for the loan. I recommend Kim to everyone I know looking to buy or sell their house. Thank you Kim for just being everything we needed when we were looking for our dream house.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Kim Williams expertise when we sold our personal home in Stockton 5 years ago. When it was time for us to sell our Stockton rental house, we knew we needed some guidance. Kim Williams knew the market in that area and after going through the house with us, she came up with a plan. She knew what work needed to be done and a contractor that could fit the timeline and budget we needed. She suggested a price point and strategy to move the house to the market smoothly and without stress. Kim s knowledge, expertise and ability to get things done helped us get the house sold quickly and at a perfect price that worked for us and the buyers. Kim Williams is now our go to real estate professional that we recommend to anyone asking about properties in the San Joaquin County area.

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberlee was very responsive and walked me through the entire process. I would recommend her to everybody! It was a long drawn out process due to COVID, but she stuck it out with us. I asked a lot of questions and she made sure to answer all of them. While we looked at many houses, she was honest enough to tell me which ones may not be a very good investment and which ones would be.

ZillowVERIFIED . After looking for a year with an inexperienced realtor we were introduced to Kimberlee. After less than a week she found our dream home at a great price. She is fantastic. Every step of the process was easy because of Kimberlee. She explains everything in terms you can understand. And her help doesn t just end once the house is sold. Kimberlee knows how to sell homes. She learns your likes and dislikes and is able to find something you know you won t regret. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a house to use Kimberlee.

ZillowVERIFIED I was so fortunate to have Kim represent me while selling my home and looking for a new one. She listens with intention so that she can truly understand your needs, then she works tirelessly to meet them. She is always quick to respond to questions or messages, and she has a proactive response to potential roadblocks. Her style is very direct because she values your time and doesnt want to waste any of it. Most importantly, she sincerely cares about helping you to find the home that best suits your needs, and will let you know if she thinks youre making unnecessary compromises when you start to feel like youll never find the right house (or when your visions start to turn into delusions of grandeur!).I cant speak highly enough of my experience working with Kim. In fact, I immediately recommended her to my brother and his wife, and now she is helping them to find their next home! I am so grateful to her for making the process of selling my house as easy as possible, while also finding me a new home that brings me so much joy!

ZillowVERIFIED Kimberlee was very professional from day one! My initial meeting with her was my own "interview" to see if she could meet my expectations. She meet and exceeded my needs and expectations! Kimberlee is knowledgeable, confident and made herself available for my family . I felt as if she went above and beyond. When things got a little shaky ( NO FAULT OF HERS) and feelings of hopelessness and discouragement set in....she was there to reassure me that things would work out in my favor, and they did! Many times I had felt like she was more of a friend, not just an agent. FYI - Kimberlee worked so hard for my family- all during COVID-19 and shelter in place. Now that's EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE Thank you Kimberlee

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home as a first time home buyer can be an overwhelming experience. However, thanks to Kimberlee, the entire home buying process from start to finish was less intimidating. We contacted Kimberlee for homes in the central valley, which she has plenty of knowledge and several years of experience in the surrounding areas. From the start, she responded to us quickly and showed us homes that we requested. From first impression, Kimberlee was friendly, professional, and understood each specific need of each individual buyer as we were VA buyers. Also, Kimberlee took initiative and put additional effort to getting to know our family better to guide us in the right direction with complicated decisions. Kimberlee will always give advice that she would give herself. Each home we looked at, Kimberlee was patient, understanding, willing to answer any questions we had. We didnt feel rushed or pressured to commit to anything. When we finally decided to put an offer on a house, Kimberlee took the drivers seat and made it her top priority to give us the best chance to win the bidding. During this time, she kept in contact with us frequently and gave us updates with the sellers and sellers realtor. Fortunately, our offer got accepted and the escrow process was another process that Kimberlee helped go smoothly. We contacted Kimberlee whenever we had a question and she would give us her full attention. As we finally closed about a month and a half later, we couldnt be more grateful that Kimberlee was our realtor but also became a friend. Even after closing, we are still able to contact Kimberlee if we ever need any help moving forward. We are glad that Kimberlee was a part of helping us reach such an important milestone for our family. We still cant believe we are home owners. Thanks Kim!

ZillowVERIFIED Regardless of how many times we have purchased a home and how savvy a buyer (or seller) we think we are, the process is not without its hiccups. I consider myself a person as having high expectations of my agent during this process, difficult or not and I was pleasantly surprised that Kimberlee stayed ahead of me on all of the above. When and if you are in the market to purchase a home, I highly recommend Kimberlee without reservations. I can only assume the skill set Kimberlee used in helping me to purchase my home would readily carry over to selling a property and when I am ready, Ill be giving her a call.
