We did a lot of research and decided to work with Kimberlee because she seemed to be very informed about the real estate market in the Boston area. We are glad we chose her! As a first-time homebuyer we had a lot of questions about the process of buying a home, Kimberlee and her team kept us informed and made sure we knew the next steps ahead of time. Which was very comforting! Kimberlee was always available to show the houses and was very responsive communicating through e-mail, text and calls. When we had our offer accepted, she recommended a home inspector, lawyer and lenders that were wonderful to work with. Buying a home can be a stressful time, having a team that works with you to make every step along the way as easy as possible makes it a lot better. The home buying process can be quite daunting but having someone like Kimberlee in your corner, to provide an actionable plan and continually reassure you, made for a truly pleasant experience. Kimberlee never missed a call and was always able to answer even the most obscure questions I had about the home buying process. She would go the extra mile to provide me with resources and information. She was always honest about my prospects on chaotic "multi-offer" properties and I really appreciated that. I never felt pressured to buy or put in an offer somewhere as she encouraged me move at my own pace and stay within my price range. On the other hand, she was always primed and ready to put an offer in if I found a place that I liked. I have recommended Kimberlee to several friends and look forward to working with her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with than Kimberlee. Always responsive, knowedgable and just an absolute pleasure to interact with. She and her team made the home buying process so much easier than I thought it would be, even in a crazy market. As a first time home buyer her expertise was essential. As an example of her work: The first house we got an offer accepted on ended up being sold at auction before we signed the P&S. It's a long story but essentially the seller thought they had more time to sell then they did. Kimberlee found out about the auction 30 minutes before, hustled to not only drive over to be there for the auction, but also found someone to buy the house on our behalf. That's going above and beyond!! (That house didn't work out for a myriad of other reasons :-P) After nearly 2 months of looking, we just closed on a beautiful single family this week (a 15 day closing!!) and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I don't think we could have done it without Kimberlee. Highest recommendation.

She was able to help us understand what to expect in simple terms, and was always able to answer any questions as they arose. Kimberlee was extremely patient, responsive, helpful and attentive to our needs/wants. There were a handful of times when she dropped everything to meet us at a showing on a weekday during rush hour. She made it seem like we were the only clients that mattered. Kimberlee had our best interests in mind through every step of the process. The truth is that our house hunting experience was full of some very bizarre twists-and-turns that none of us could have expected. If it weren't for savvy and no-kidding miracle worker Kimberlee, I don't know that we (Jeff and Amanda) could have seen it through to finding our Home Sweet Home with which we are now very happy. Some of the bizarre twists included two contracts falling through--one so late that we had to move. When that happened, Kimberlee reached out to her broker network, finding us a short-term rental in two days! That period was incredibly stressful, but Kimberlee pulling strings helped us feel so supported. Other stressors involved getting quotes from multiple contractors and negotiating more money back from the seller, for the home we ultimately purchased. Kimberlee not only met all those contractors with us, but also helped us see what our next steps forward were, giving us the needed perspective to make big decisions. Finally, Kimberlee works with a team of people who are THE BOSS. Buying a home involves so many tectonically large moving pieces (along with sand-granular details) and the team of people she connected us with along the way, like Hannah Brooks, Lucas McGary, and Rick Gilmore, made everything astonishingly straightforward. Buying a house can be stressful so you need a champion in your corner. That's Kimberlee Meserve!
