The first time we used Kim (2015) she came by toured our house and made suggestions as to small things that would help us sell our home quickly. We had people looking at our home before it went on the market. It sold within three weeks of listing at our price. During this time Kim was helping us secure a new place to move into at the same time. We closed on the sale of our first home in the morning and on the purchase of our new townhome the same afternoon. The second time we used Kim (2020) we sold our townhome the same day it was listed. once again she helped us find a new home. Once again we closed both homes on the same day. All this was done a year before we signed a listing agreement! Because we built our new house, we could move before we listed the old one. Kim assured us that we could move everything and the stager would "soft stage" it for us. It sold in 2 1/2 weeks. Kim's assistant is also amazing. She had an answer for every question and made the whole process really easy. I would highly reccomend Kim to anyone. She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional.
