Complicating this sale was my desire to have the home ready for listing on the MLS when I was ready which, in this case, was off season during the winter. Kim worked with me, over several months, to take listing photos in advance and stay on top of local market trends such that I was able to list and sell the home within 1 week at what I believe was the appropriate closing price. Her estimate of final proceeds post sale was very accurate and for that reason I was able to research new homes to relocate to with a reliable purchase budget.
