ZillowVERIFIED Love Kim Williams as a person. However, I was reluctant to write this review because I wasn't impressed with her staff at all. I took off points for process expertise as I had to deal with one of her staff members often. She seemed to be new and didn't know the smoke detector requirements. It held up the closing and my husband had to run out of a meeting to replace an unneeded smoke detector. We had a passing grade from the fire dept! The day of the closing they pointed out a missing smoke detector that wasn't needed and removed by the fire dept. They made us put one up there anyways. It was a Very stressful process.A lot of last minute panic issues that should have been handled without me. They let the buyer's agent run the show and dumped a lot of demands (that were unreasonable) on my lap before they even attempted to resolve with a newbie from Keller Williams. Kim has extremely good knowledge of the area and clearly advertised my home and showed it quite a bit. Process from staff and Kim's slow response bothered me.Negotiation
