Kim was very attentive to all our needs. She made herself available for anything we needed. She helped us get the most money for our house and was a pleasure to work with. Even though her agency is based in Grove City, our house was in New Albany it didnt matter. She got our house sold very quickly. Kim listed my house on a Friday and had a contract on it on Sunday 2 days later. WOW! I couldnt believe how fast this happened. Kim was very knowledgeable in the negotiation process and was right on as to what I should do and as to what the buyer would do. She also found me a home and helped me get a VERY GOOD PRICE on it. I am very pleases with her performace. I would not hesitate to use her again if I decide to move again.
