Because of legal issues that arose, the sale of our home was complicated, BUT, Kim Waters worked tirelessly to walk us through the legalities and twists and turns of getting the situation under control and a solution found. She was proactive in bringing things to our attention and looked out for our interests. She went over and above the job title, not only was a super agent bringing us a buyer within a short time of listing with her, but she was also chief hand holder and counselor. Her calm demeanor kept us looking forward and her knowledge of the market gave us a realistic view of what we could expect in regards to pricing.
