I'm a real estate broker in San Diego County, and for over two decades I've focused on helping families navigate what to do with a home after someone passes away.

Most of the people we work with are executors, administrators, and trustees who are handling a property for the first time. They're often balancing legal responsibilities, family dynamics, and a long list of decisions, all while dealing with loss. That's where we come in.

We guide personal representatives through the preparation, marketing, and sale of their loved ones homes. That includes everything from addressing remaining personal property, cost-effective repairs, and working alongside attorneys, escrow, and other professionals to keep the process moving forward and reduce risk to the estate.

Over the years, we've helped more than 500 families in San Diego County. What matters most to us is doing the right things in the right order, keeping communication clear, and making sure our clients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, I'm a wife, a mom of four, and a grandmother. Family is a big part of my life, which is one of the reasons this work matters so much to me.
