1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Hire a professional, full-time agent that has resources available to you. I have a full team of professionals that I work with from lenders, inspectors, escrow agents and repair specialists. Who you hire, matters!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Hire a FULL-TIME agent that has experience and resources to make your sale the most profitable.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
After 22 years of being an agent, I have worked with pretty much every type of client. From first time home buyers to professional athletes, I have the full experience and knowledge to make sure my clients are fully represented.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I was able to successfully negotiate a great deal for my clients moving from Chicago to Scottsdale. They were first time home buyers and the look on their face when they received their keys was priceless. These moments are why I continue to go above and beyond for my clients.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate in 2001 after my husband and I bought our first house. I was so intrigued by the process, I had to check it out for myself. The rest is history!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
21 years of experience is the best education any agent can offer.
