Kim was very easy to work with. She came up with good counselling on when to sell it and what is best price to attract the market. It was sold exactly on what is quoted. As seller, I am living outside of the state where the property is, but Kim helped me to go through the entire process and make it easy to get everything done remotely. Absolutely please and no regrets at all on the prices and the way the entire process and experience we got in selling the home. During the assessment and also home inspection, she worked out with Buyer on negotiating with the cost of repair etc. She ensure the swimming pool and utilities are covered and working until the closure of the home. I will strongly recommend her for buying and selling and you are in real good hands.
