Kim Ujcich

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Kim has made Columbia/Lexington, South Carolina her home since 1997.
Kim understands the difficult decisions that must be made when moving across town or across the country. And as a REALTOR, Kim will make the move so much easier.

Kim is a certified e-PRO and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and is continually receiving education to help her clients.
Kim also has helped sellers avoid foreclosure by helping in a short sale process. Kim has 11 years of experience working on short sales and is highly recommended by many of her peers.
