ZillowVERIFIEDKim is the best, nobody knows Lakeville and the surrounding area like her, true pro and super sweet! She helped through all the hurdles from the seller, such as title issues, and the Conservation committee that had to provide a certificate due to a wetlands issue. Kim knew just how to negotiate for the best outcome for us, helped with the prepurchase inspection, specifically around a Radon issue that the sellers needed to address as well. Kim was very prompt on questions via text, email, and phone, even on weekends and nights. This was the most challenging closing of all the houses Ive purchased, and we couldnt have done it without her!!!
