Kimberly Thacker offers a seasoned collection of skills to ensure a professional and successful real estate experience. She obtained a real estate license in Nashville in 2004 and brings a solid background in contracting, combined with previous expertise as the Sales Director for renowned real estate developer, Tony Giarratana. There, she became an integral member of the team that was credited for spearheading the renaissance of downtown Nashville. She was responsible for curating sales efforts, managing contracts, selecting finishes and/or managing construction upgrades for several multi-million dollar luxury high-rise condominium projects. Kimberly's passion for real estate and acquired experience helps clients realize optimal results.
