I can not speak highly enough of Lauren! I was a first time home buyer and she helped me find the most perfect condo. Lauren is very honest and patient. She took me to many different neighborhoods to find the best fit for me. As you could image, I had many doubts and questions. Lauren answered every question I had in an extremely timely manor while making sure every transaction went through to the appropriate party. While still overseas, I reached out on Zillow to inquire on a property in Harford County MD. Lauren was the only person to reach out in response, answering numerous questions and maintaining contact until we flew in to Baltimore. Upon meeting with her it was obvious she was a seasoned professional, and serious regarding locating the right home for us. Born and raised in this beautiful county, she understands the local housing and neighborhoods. Purchasing a home in a new state and region is extremely stressful and Lauren is an empathetic and personable woman who understands this. She put us at ease despite our domestic bickering over the many houses Lauren patiently presented. Maintaining a stable emotional and professional keel, Lauren escorted us to perhaps 30 homes between May 2019 and July 2019. Her dedication to us did not waiver even in spite of us withdrawing an offer on a house on the last day before closing. Understanding our concerns, she in fact immediately prepared a new offer on a different house on the same weekend. This is a testament to her character as a person and her dedication as a professional. Her insight and knowledge helped us avoid homes perhaps requiring expensive repairs, or otherwise of poor value. In this respect she demonstrated a high level of integrity, offered sound advice, and allowed time to carefully consider each home. She never applied pressure to purchase any house. Although I can only recommend Lauren as a purchasing agent based on my experience, I have no doubts her personal characteristics would be well received on the selling side also.
