Three years later, the dream became a reality and Kimmy guided us through the entire process. We purchased our home sight unseen. She gave us a detailed walk-through video recording of the property which gave us full transparency of what we would be purchasing. She was knowledgeable about the process and taught us things we didnt know but didnt talk over our heads and WAS NOT frustrated when we asked question after question. We just sold our home with her and are definitely planning on buying with her when we buy. Could not recommend her more for whatever you need involving real estate.
