Kim Spear and Kristy Moyssiadis are experts in this market! They knew about houses even before they came on the market and alerted me about anything that looked like something I would be interested in. We searched for several months and Kristy was gracious about setting up appointments to see multiple places. Her patience and support won out and I found a great house in my preferred neighborhood!
