Kim is Fantastic! I had owned my home for 10 years...it was the first home I bought out of college and I had NO knowledge of how to sell. She made me feel completely at ease and walked me through the process. There was never a time that I felt uncomfortable asking a question, no matter how silly it may have been. In the end, my house was on the market for barely over 24 hours! I would recommend her to ANYONE- buyer or seller.

We entered the real estate world with practically no knowledge of selling or buying. We had an idea in mind of what we wanted and Kim helped us expound on all of it. She was motivational and respectful through the whole process of preparing the home, selling it, and buying a new one. She was our advocate that valued and respected our opinions and desires. Our limited knowledge of things was clarified throughout the process as we slowly learned the ins and outs of real estate. Kim was superb in our negotiations, using her expertise to get us the most we could but also letting us understand the other side of every negotiation. Most of all, Kim kept us focused on the positive and present issues as they came up. When we got frustrated, she kept us grounded. For those months that she helped us sell and buy, she just about became another member of the family, we were that comfortable with her.

Kim was wonderful to work with. She was down to earth, never pushy, never the 'car salesman'. I loved her attitude and how she knew just what to do when I had no idea what I was doing selling my first house.
