Hi! I am a Realtor dedicated to providing you with the absolute highest level service. There are a lot of Realtor to chose from - I differentiate myself by staying current on all things Real estate. I have local market knowledge (specific neighborhoods, etc) and broader market knowledge (interest rates, market trends) and work hard to be the expert and guide my clients from start to finish. I work as both a listing agent and a buyer's agent. In each scenario, negotiation skills are critical. My work history as Board of Director/Vice President at International Banking Technologies prepared me for what is required in negotiating Real Estate contracts. The negotiation starts with the offer and does not end until a house closes. Negotiation skills are needed throughout the inspection process (Amendment to Address concerns),, appraisal, etc.

I have resided in the metro Atlanta area for over 30 years. I graduated from Georgia State University (Atlanta) with a degree in Business Management. I have assisted clients throughout most of the metro Atlanta area, as well as Lake Lanier property. I am an active member of Suwanee Woman's Club - a local service organization that helps Forsyth County residents in need. I am a member of 400 North Board of Realtors and was recently honored with the Circle of Excellence distinction.
