After much consideration , I think it is saying that you can absolutely trust your realtor , and that she has your back 100%! And Kim certainly does! She actually listens to you , and goes above and beyond , from listening to my panicked phone calls (and calming them -lol) ,to organizing last minute viewings at all hours, and her knowledgeable advice (on all aspects of home ownership!). A true real estate professional - honest, straightforward, extremely helpful, supportive, positive, kind-hearted and very knowledgeable. Zero pressure to sell, the attitude was to serve and help us find what our family needs. We also looked at a few different properties together and Kim provided very thoughtful, valuable advice and strong local knowledge. The process from contract to closing was painless and communications were absolutely excellent. She managed to get one small repair done by the condo management company (quite impressive, given how slow management companies can be!) and one by a contractor before closing. Kim and her team mate have both exceeded our expectations every step of the way. At closing there was an unexpected surprise, which, among other things, included a bottle of champagne; when we went to the condo after closing, we found out that she had carefully selected a number of items a new owner might need and had placed them on the kitchen countertop - how kind and thoughtful!!! Kim made us feel like we have a partner and if we ever need a Realtor again, we hope to partner up with her.

She attended our design appointments and walk throughs, made recommendations, and pointed out items that needed repair that our construction manager, my husband, and I all missed. She also assisted us with the sale of our old home in Orlando area by providing me with a list of questions to use in interviewing agents. She even personally interviewed them and narrowed down the list to the top three. She also assisted us in finding contractors for after market work we wanted done on the new house.
