ZillowVERIFIEDAna and I cannot recommend Kim and Todd Ruhl enough! Selling a house can be a long and anxiety filled journey, but Kim was there every step of the way! She promptly responded to all questions we had making sure that we felt comfortable with every step of the process. From providing insight on getting the house ready for sale to communicating what to expect and navigating which offers were the best, we never felt lost or unsure. Oh, and the house sold fast!! We had more viewings and offers than we could have ever hoped for and that was in no small part due to Todd's amazing skills at marketing our house. Todd developed a customized website just for the property taking perfectly lit and framed photos showing off the house. On top of that, he created a 3D model of the house with virtual staging! This was such a great addition to promote the property allowing potential buyers to easily navigate through the house and imagine all the home had to offer. He is a true artist! Thank you, Kim and Todd, for all the great work!!

Todd did an amazing job taking the 3D model, photos and even stopped by to make sure things were alright the property. Kim, was so easy to respond to emails, text or phone calls. She kept me in the loop with any issues. She also recommended some one to clean my house so it could be shown. I highly recommend Kim and Todd for you real estate needs.
