Kim was wonderful to work with and helped us find our dream home!!! She was very responsive, accessible and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers being new to the process, I felt very comfortable working with her especially when I saw that she was not trying to rush the process in a market with limited options. She always gave her honest opinion of each home we looked at and even stopped us from moving forward on homes that were not so great because she knew we could find something better and now we have a home that fulfilled everything on our wish list. She was great about working behind the scenes to find solutions to issues that came up during the appraisal process, taking our feedback and working with the seller on our behalf. Kim is absolutely amazing!! I met her in 2015 and she helped me get a rental in February 2016. I kept in touch with Kim and now almost 7 years later she helped us by our first home. It was a roller coaster ride and we had some hiccups and heartbreak along the way but Kim never gave up on us and my children now have a home of our own that they can feel secure in. Kim has become a friend and I would not trust anyone else!! She works with the best people and they really are the dream team.
