Selling a home is intrusive and uncomfortable enough and that is why we would so highly recommend her. Simply put, working with Kim is very comfortable. Easy to talk to, personable, knowledgeable, understanding, and professional, she is great at listening to concerns and perfectly balancing meeting a client's desires while stepping in tactfully and assertively when necessary to help them make the smart moves when it comes to selling and buying, no pun intended. In our case, both times, we were working within a tight window and several moving parts for a move associated with military transfer orders. Of particular note, we had one of those pesky neighbors who seems to pop up all of a sudden and potentially interrupt a real estate transaction. Longer story but the short of it is that Kim shut it down and it was a non-issue moving forward. Like we encountered with our purchase, again our sale from initial contact to listing and right through closing all went off without a hitch and without any added stress. Kim was communicative, always quick to reply, entertained all our questions with expert advice, and made the experience very positive. Kim has our highest recommendation for when you need a realtor in WNY!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kim was extremely easy from day one! On day one, she came in, looked at the home and took detailed notes. In addition, she gave me great ideas on how to set up the home for successful showings. She did not have me remove all of my pictures or replace/fix miscellaneous things. Her basic recommendation was to remove certain items, which in turn, would make the rooms appear bigger. She mentioned by doing something as simple as this, people will be able to better view the home so they can visualize it as if it were theirs.With that, I removed various area rugs, smaller pieces of furniture, curtains, and items that were on the walls. Voila, the rooms looked bigger!She also came prepared, on day one, with a low, medium and high price point and was able to explain to me, in layman's terms, how she came up with the numbers. Kim mentioned, prior to listing the home, that the first few days of showings would be the busiest. This allowed me to make sure my family and I were prepared to be out of the house for the majority of the day those first few days.I gave Kim the times that we were open for showings to make her life easier, so she didn't have to ask for everyone she received. As soon as a showing was scheduled, she would promptly inform me of the date and time. In addition, the agents who brought their clients through would provide feedback to Kim. Kim shared all of the feedback with me. This feedback included if offers were going to be submitted.At the end of the week, Kim and I got together and reviewed the offers together. When she went through this process with me, she first thoroughly explained what goes into the offer and the benefits of each i.e. escrow, types of loans, inspections, etc. Once the aEURoeoffers were on the tableaEUR? I was able to use the useful information she provided me so that I was able to make the best decision for me and my family.There are many things you will like about working with Kim. She is VERY knowledgeable, personable, and professional. She is not pushy and not out there to make a buck. She is there for you, her client, to make sure you get the best home selling experience and to make sure get the most out of your home sale!

During the course of my purchase she referred me to a an extremely knowledgeable and detail orientated home inspector. She also referred me to a lawyer who handled my closing efficiently and addressed any questions along the way thoroughly. There were also recommendations for mortgage brokers and homeowner insurance agents. This vast network of connections guided the process with ease and efficiency. I had a great impression of Kim! She was personable, passionate, and has a strong knowledge of the local housing market. She is a confident and self motivated entrepreneur in her field and operates with honesty and integrity. She consistently placed my questions and concerns (first time home buyer) as a priority and in the forefront. If there was a question that she couldnt specifically answer, due to it falling within another individuals level of expertise, Kim made sure I was referred to the proper person for clarification. On another note, I would like to strongly acknowledge Kims hustle and tenacity. This was evident through the process, but exceptionally evident with the limited time I had to initiate a bid on the house I purchased. In my situation, I found a house I had interest buying, but I was informed by the selling agent that I had less than 24 hours to submit a bid. The agent was presenting the homeowners with another potential buyers bid the following morning. The selling agent stated the homeowners were eager to close and most likely would accept the bid. If I wanted to be considered with a bid, I would need to submit a bid by the following morning. Despite my concerns with the limited time I had to consider a bid, Kim assured me she would process the paperwork and submit the bid by morning if I was interested. She remained calm and assuring despite the short window of opportunity. I decided I was interested in the house. Kim successfully submitted the bid within the short timeline and the homeowners accepted! I was officially a first time home owner. Overall, I would highly recommend Kim as a selling agent or buying agent. Her personality is real and engaging. She has a great attitude, shes personable, honest, and confident in her abilities. She brought ease to the process and the final outcome was successful! There were a few challenges along the way, but Kim always handled the situation with a formula for success! Thanks again Kim!
